Sandy Tate began working as a paralegal in the securities area 20 years ago. Ms. Tate graduated from Mississippi State University in 1977 with a degree in Business Management and then began employment at Federal Express, first in the Flight Personnel department, and later in Flight Administration as Manager of the Jumpseat Department.
In 1994, Sandy was employed by the law firm of Martin Tate, Morrow and Marston as a litigation paralegal. At Martin Tate, she began specializing in securities matters including defense of broker-dealers in customer matters and raiding cases. In 1997, she moved to Tate, Lazarini & Beall, where she served as both senior paralegal and business manager.
